Week Seven Audio Message
There is so much to say about your spirituality. Remember you do not have to be religious or belong to a group or religion; all you need to do is be willing to walk a higher ground. Walk a higher ground that makes your more conscious and loving towards yourself and others. It is a ground where you walk for the greater good. We are now at the top of the pyramid Self-actualization; this is where we focus on spirituality. We will work through the complete Spirituality Guidebook.
Spirituality
Hi and can you believe we are on week seven? We have worked very diligently thus far on improving our lives. We are about to complete the final guidebook and that is Spirituality. We are now at the top of the pyramid Self-actualization; this is where we focus on spirituality. We will work through the complete Spirituality Guidebook. There is so much to say about your spirituality. Remember you do not have to be religious or belong to a group or religion; all you need to do is be willing to walk a higher ground. Walk a higher ground that makes your more conscious and loving towards yourself and others. It is a ground where you walk for the greater good.
Spirituality is the all-encompassing belief in something greater. The spiritual path is one of inner self discovery. Its total focus is based upon ones personal process of self discovery and the search for greater meaning. The only requirement for spirituality is a willingness to commit oneself to total self honesty and personal responsibility.
Having a strong spiritual base helps ease depression, helps us heal physical illness, puts a lid on anxiety, makes us fearless when we are frightened, boosts our self-esteem and makes us conscientious people working for the greater good. Please download Spirituality now! — Tyler Woods PH.D.

These will give you some insight for your spiritual path. As you read the guidebook I want to offer you just a few tips. First, be sure to meditate and clear your mind from all thoughts that serve you no purpose for the greater good. This helps your spiritual path and aids you in feeling good about you. Next, I want you to ask yourself each day before going to bed what you have done today to keep your core self, or your inner self, spiritually happy. Did you meditate, volunteer, do a good deed, do personal readings? Another helpful tip is to say thank-you several times a day. I personally say thank-you well over twenty times a day. I thank the sun for shining, I thank the moon for being a beacon in the sky, I thank the earth for allowing me to walk on it. I say thank-you for each glass of water I drink because it makes my body feel good. When I am thankful, I am walking a higher path.
Part 2 Helping others
Please read the following out loud “Helping others and making the world a better place is my responsibility.”
1. Help out or take to lunch someone at work or in you life that you do not like. This person may simply annoy you, or have done you wrong in the past.(My guess is that you already know who).
2. Buy everyone at the office /club /class lunch. This does not have to be expensive you can order pizza or bring in your favorite dish.
3. Now I do want you to be safe so use common sense. If there is a fast food restaurant nearby that homeless people panhandle near offer to buy one breakfast and give them ten dollars if they will eat there with you. Do not give them your full name, address or phone number.
